Cancellation Policy Cancellation of your registration should be made in writing to the Secretariat (aospr2024@gmail.com) No refund will be provided for cancellations. However, the registered participant may transfer their registration to a replacement attendee.
Letter of Invitation On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participant to attend the Meeting. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply leave or travel arrangement / and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.
